FIRST auction held at 10:00am at Vine Street Storage at 11 Vine Street in downtown Seattle (corner of Alaskan Way and Vine Street).

Upon completion of Vine Street auction we will drive to

Market Street Storage at 2811 Market Street in Ballard

to conduct the second auction at approximately 1:00PM or once all persons are signed up and we are ready to commence with the auction.
Currently there are 30 units at the 2 locations available for auction.

Terms and Conditions: Terms: Arrive early to sign up for auction and receive a bidder number. Once auction starts, bidders are allowed 1 to 3 minutes to inspect the unit prior to bidding from the edge of the door. No units are opened prior to the auction. Successful bidders are responsible for cleaning all items out of each unit they successfully bid on. A $100.00 fully refundable "CASH ONLY" cleaning deposit is required of each successful bidder to be returned once unit has been cleaned out and broom swept and inspected. Bidders have 48 hours to clean out their units. (more time may be allowed for exceptionally large and full units). All units must be paid for immediately following the auction and before removing contents. Also, if you are attending both auctions you must pay for your purchases at 11 Vine St. Storage before going to Market St. Storage Auction..."NO EXCEPTIONS!". A cash cleaning deposit of $100.00 will be required at BOTH locations. Again, you are responsible for cleaning each unit you purchase!

CASH, MC/VISA- (no other cards accepted-no debit) "NO CHECKS". Again, all $100.00 cleaning deposits are "CASH ONLY"..NO EXCEPTIONS!

NOTE:
If you are the successful bidder on a unit and find personal papers or photos, you are required by law to box those items up and mark the unit number on the box and return those items to the storage facility so they may return those items back to the rightful owners.
